Rectangular Case Generator. The inset lid is secured with friction, allowing thicker layers to prevent the case from opening (I'm using 200 micron layers). The hinge flexes, making flexible plastics ideal for this design (I'm using MadeSolid PET+), but less flexible materials may also be suitable (I haven't tried ABS or PLA, however adding more length or reducing thickness may help).
