To print effectively, use 100% fill, 0.27mm layer height, and 0 shells. Ideal materials for printing include ABS and Taulman3D 618 Nylon. For ABS, exercise caution when using large items as the material's strength is limited by the cable tie's bend. Taulman3D 618 Nylon provides superior performance, similar to commercial nylon cable ties. Printing with a maximum length on a Rep 1 with 3M Blue Masking Tape and Kapton at 120mm/s, 240C / 55C, ensures zero warping or lifting issues. While PLA is usable for light items, it's relatively brittle.
