Customizable Bridge Love Lock

The popularity of lock bridges as a symbol of love has been increasing globally for over ten years. Couples visit these spots, attach a customized lock to the bridge using a black marker and their personal details. Unfortunately, many locks have faded due to weathering. To combat this issue and inspired by Valentine's Day, I created a 3D-printable lock that can be customized and is more resilient to outdoor conditions. Despite my inexperience with lock design, I made the lock unopenable after initial closure, which aligns with its purpose. As I don't have a 3D printer, I haven't tested it yet, but anticipate it will function well, requiring only minor adjustments if needed. This experience has given me newfound appreciation for crafting locks.
