Customizable Bottle Opener with 2 lines of text

This tweak of the Customizable Bottle Opener by mphardy (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:139461) makes a key change. The script now allows users to add two lines of text for engraving onto the bottle opener. I tested this on my M3D micro and found that it prints well with 100% infill using q settings.
