To create your custom tensioner, open Thingiverse's customizer and input your desired parameters. To increase chain tension, simply lower the height of the tensioner. The print was produced using PLA, with a part cost of approximately $0.60 for the current configuration. Costs may vary depending on size, but they will always be lower than commercial equivalents. The C.Guide Eco Chain Tensioner, currently selling on Amazon for $38.60, is the closest commercial equivalent.
