This is a highly customizable version of my miniaturized flexible robotic actuator (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1096304). Upon inflation, the actuator will noticeably curve. You can easily modify its length and its width to suit your needs. The instructions for assembly are identical to those found in the original design.
