Customizable Band Wallet

The holiday frenzy of customizable things continues!I like the simple design of BozarthPrime but wanted to change two things:I want to print my name and return info on the wallet, to improve the odds of it getting returned if lost. And while I was at it, I made it Customizable, so anyone can put in their contact info and generate a personalized walled.Note that this is designed in OpenSCAD, using the “customizer” capability built into OpenSCAD and into Thinkgiverse's Customizer. To use this file, download the OpenSCAD app from http://www.openscad.org .InstructionsUse customizer and put in your name and contact info.Print out the two faces, and put them back-to-back. Then rubber band them together, following the guide lines printed on the faces. If you have two smallish bands, put one rubber band around the length, and then a short band between the two hubs that stick out, to hold the wallet closed on the ends and the back. Or, if you have one longer band, wrap it around the length, then twist once, and loop around the hub, then around to the other side and hook onto that hub.Hard to explain, easy to see in pictures. I'll post some soon.Once it's held closed with a rubber band, slide cards in, between the two faces. You can push them out by pushing into the notch on the back edge.Category: Accessories
