Customizable axis coupler

An adjustable coupler, inspired by my earlier design at this link: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:286339, awaits your customization. I made improvements with an altered y position and changed the default nut size to 6.25mm as 5.5mm was too tight. For usage, simply input your axis diameters. Place the widest diameter on top to avoid unnecessary support material. Remember, nut diameter refers to the max distance between its edges, not faces. The rest should be easy-peasy!
