Customizable Anti-Warping Jig

Customizable Anti-Warping Jig

I'm using metal bars with 2mm thickness and 19mm width to prevent ABS warping on the 3D printer bed. Be cautious of collisions between the jig/bar, extruder, and frame of your 3D printer. Begin printing without the jig in place. When the raft is complete, pause the print job. Next, set up the jig and metal bar to hold the raft firmly down, then resume printing. In Customizer, you can modify settings such as metal bar thickness and width, raft thickness, bed thickness of your 3D printer, clearance for all components (I've set mine to 0.1mm for my UP BOX), quantity of prints, and inner/outer length from the edge of the bed - typically no changes are needed here.
