Customizable Anti-Warping Jig

Customizable Anti-Warping Jig

Fix a flat metal bar on the 3D printer bed immediately to prevent ABS warping issues. I'm using metal bars with 2mm thickness and 19mm width, which proves effective. Be extremely cautious when handling the jig/bar and extruder/frame of your 3D printer to avoid any potential collisions. Start printing without the jig in place. Once the raft has been successfully printed, pause the printing process. Set up the jig and metal bar to secure the raft firmly down on the bed. Then, resume printing as usual. Customizer allows you to make adjustments to various settings: - Modify the thickness and width of your metal bar to suit your needs. - Change the thickness of the raft for optimal results. - Adjust the thickness of the 3D printer's bed for better performance. - Increase or decrease the clearance between the metal bar, jig, extruder, frame, and other components (I've set it to 0.1mm on my UP BOX). - Control the quantity of your printouts. - Inner/outer length from the edge of the bed can also be modified, although this is usually not necessary.
