Customizable Adjustment Wheel Mark 2 For Cutting
thingiverse
The regular mark 2 design has been adapted for exporting .dxf files. A new feature is the addition of 1mm circles in every hole's center, helpful for those printing, gluing to wood, and cutting out. For laser cutters, disable the center holes. If you are working with wood, print, glue, and use a drill press or hand drill to create notches followed by wheel cutting (hole saw or jigsaw). Finish up by drilling the center hole and refining with files or jigsaw before fitting it onto your nut and potentially applying glue.
