Customizable Adjustment Wheel Mark 2 For Cutting

This is the same as my regular mark 2, but modified for exporting .dxf files. I added the option of 1mm circles in the center of every hole for those of you (like me) who are printing it out, gluing it to a piece of wood, and cutting it out.

Instructions

If you're using a laser cutter you probably want to turn off the center holes. You might also want to make a few of these and stack them, depending on the size of your nut. If, like me, you are cutting this out of wood, then print it out, glue it to your board, and slap it in a drill press (or use a hand drill if you have to). First, drill out the notches, then cut out the wheel itself. If you have a hole saw you can make this a lot easier on yourself. Otherwise a jigsaw will work. Finally, drill out the center hole and finish it up with files or a jigsaw. Press fit it onto your nut and possibly glue it.
Category: Parts
