Customizable Accurate Hilbert Cube
thingiverse
This version of the Hilbert Cube has been refactored to enable precise specification of its dimensions in millimeters. The example cubes adhere to a naming convention that includes "Hilbert-Iterations-CornerSize-GapSize-BeamSize.stl", so "Hilbert-2-5-10-3.stl" represents a cube with 2 iterations, a corner size of 5 mm, a gap size of 10 mm, and a beam size of 3 mm. Unfortunately, due to an OpenSCAD technical constraint, it is not possible to generate cubes with 5 or more iterations. This project was inspired by the work found at https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:16343. The algorithm used in this version can be sourced from https://web.archive.org/web/20160314084858/http://thomasdiewald.com/blog/?p=561, as the original page has been removed and now returns a 404 error.
