Customised Component Tray

Printed with my DaVinci 1.0 using Repertier Firmware, controlled by Octoprint. A customized part tray designed specifically for Pick and Place machines. I utilize a TVM802 PnP for low-volume production runs and small batch assembly in my product development business at Inventech (http://www.inventech.co.za). The TVM802 has limited support for component trays and strip feeders, so I have printed custom trays and strip feeds that can be key-coded into precise locations on the build table. This tray is tailored to hold a SPBTLE-1S Ble module from ST Microelectronics (https://www.st.com/en/wireless-transceivers-mcus-and-modules/spbtle-1s.html). It can easily be adapted for use with any type of component that needs to be placed in a specific location on the build table.
