Customiseable RC-plane wheel

This 3D printed RC-plane wheel is completely made with flexible filament for the tire itself. The 55mm diameter version was tested, but other sizes can also work, even though they haven't been tested yet. If you need different sizes, you can customize it using FreeCAD without needing experience with this software. The important values can be changed in a table, and instructions along with a customisable file (.fcstd) are available for download. Check out my video about it: https://youtu.be/KZZxaWwEWYY Here are the printing settings: For "Tire" and "Spacer": - Print with flexible filament - 100% infill - Support everywhere For "Rim-top" and "Rim-bottom": - Use normal filament (ABS/ PLA/...) - Printing settings don't matter The infill inside the tire can be pretty difficult to remove, so make sure there's enough distance from the object. Assembly is quite easy: Insert the spacer into the gap inside of the tire, then add the other parts from the top and the bottom and press them together. Assembly should be possible without using glue.
