Customisable Storz & Bickel Volcano Easy Valve Adapter

Here's a customizable version of my Thingiverse model: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:763031. You can design the adapter any size you need it, and choose between straight attachments or tapered ones. I even experimented with printing an entire downstem attachment for a billy - a great idea if you're feeling adventurous! This was my first time using OpenSCAD for modeling, but it's become a favorite tool of mine. Since updating on 19/07/2015, I've added an "Easy Valve Adapter Diameter" to help with shrinkage in various materials. Then, on 16/04/15, I introduced the option to customize "the button", making adjustments to harden the input values and preventing design breakdowns. If you're printing a large button, don't hesitate to add plenty of supports. You won't actually need "the button" for functionality. For a more print-friendly solution, try using these settings: button_width_numerical_slider = 8 button_thickness_numerical_slider = 10 button_taper_numberical_slider = -20
