Customisable Headphone Holder for a Two-Pole Stand
thingiverse
I designed a holder for my PS4 headphones because the most practical place to put it was on my standard lamp, which sits next to my chair. This is the outcome. It needs some fine-tuning, but it functions flawlessly and appears to be quite robust. I took the photographs before smoothing out the print with sandpaper. The lamp I'm designing features two vertical poles, each 14.9mm in diameter, spaced 50mm apart (center-to-center). Your application is unlikely to match mine, so I've included the parameterized .scad file for your entertainment. Print Settings Printer: Prusa i3 Markerfarm Rafts: No Supports: It Doesn't Matter Infill: 10% Notes: I printed with a 0.1mm layer height and didn't use supports, which worked out fine for me. The underside of the arch, where there is bridging, is slightly rough, but acceptable. I decided to have that instead of cutting away a lot of support material! Assemble the clamps using M3 screws and hex nuts.
