To guarantee a secure fit, I updated the original design by adding thicker walls to the + symbol, as shown in the accompanying image. The object was printed using PLA and the UPBOX+, or UP plus 2, with Raft support enabled. The extrusion head diameter is set at 0.4mm, while the layer height remains at 0.2mm. To offer customization options, I included a blank cap, one featuring the FN logo, one displaying the Camera icon, and another showcasing the Brightness emblem. Each of my logos has a height of 2.0mm at an elevation of 8.5mm, allowing them to be slightly embedded into the keycaps before combining with other polygons.
