Customisable Battery Voltage Display Project
thingiverse
Build a simple ATtiny-based battery voltage indicator to prevent your high power batteries from draining or getting damaged.\r\n\r\nhttps://diyodemag.com/projects/warning_low_battery\r\n\r\nWe designed a 3D printable enclosure to house the project, which can be modified as needed. The case was created using Fusion360, and you can download the working files from our website's resources section to customize it.\r\n\r\nThe enclosure consists of three individual pieces that print without support material, fitting together seamlessly without screws. However, small screws are still necessary to secure the PCB to the standoffs.\r\n\r\nNote: All components were sliced using Simplify 3D version 4.1.2.\r\n\r\nThe button was a quick and easy print, taking around 10 minutes at 100-micron layer height with our Flashforge Creator Pro and Flashforge PLA.\r\n\r\nThe enclosure was printed in transparent red Flashforge PLA at 100-micron layer height on our Flashforge Creator Pro, taking about 2 hours to complete. It's designed for flat printing on the bed.\r\n\r\nThe lid was also printed on our Flashforge Creator Pro using Flashforge PLA, requiring no support and taking around one hour to print with these settings.
