Customisable Adapter Mount
thingiverse
Need to attach a PCB but the holes don't align with the plate you're trying to mount it on? This design creates a custom plate with embedded nuts to serve as an adapter. Simply input the X, Y coordinates for the holes in both the plate and the PCB, specifying how many are needed for each. Decide whether each hole is standard (straight through) or requires a captured nut on top or bottom. Choose the number of adjacent holes to connect with bars, increasing strength but also material usage and build time. Set the standoff distance between the PCB and the plate. Define the bar width as well. This adapter can be applied not only to PCB mounting but any bolted assembly where hole alignment is an issue.
