Custom Web Cam Conversion Mount

A versatile web cam conversion mount to transform a thin tube neck style halogen desk lamp into a Logitech C210 camera is created. Print Settings Printer: Ord Bot Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.25 Infill: 0.2 Notes: Print in ABS or PLA. Edit the OpenScad file to customize if using a different camera. How I Designed This Designed in OpenScad Custom Section The screws and long pin from the original Logitech C210 web cam mount are reused with this new design. A halogen desk lamp was repurposed into a web cam stand. The lamp neck measured 6mm in diameter. This new mount features a 6mm clip that attaches the camera to the lamp. The project includes printed parts: camera mount, camera data cable clips. Print (1) camera clip mount and (3) or more wire clips. Remove the small screw from the logitech mount and push the long hinge pin out with a paper clip. Push hard! Trim the extra square flashing off of the long hinge pin so it's rounded. Reinstall the long hinge pin into the new mount after lining it up with the C210 web cam base.
