Simple and quick customizable wall attachable tube holder for multiple purposes. I found this design lacking, so I created one that suits my needs. Just open it in the customizer app, enter your desired measures, and print it! You can even choose how many holders to fit in a row. Easy printing requires no support, just use some brim. ABS is recommended for printing as it withstands physical deformation well, while PLA tends to crack easily. This product is hard to find with the right diameter, and when you do, it's often expensive. With your printer, you can make multiple ones for pennies, solving the problem! I love simple and functional designs like this. HINTS & tech details: Remember that if the inner diameter matches the tube's exact size, it will slide out easily. You may need to decrease the inner diameter by 1mm depending on your printer or slicer. For example, with a 30mm diameter tube, enter 29mm as diameter for better grip. The angle also matters, as it determines how much force is needed for insertion and extraction. If you find it hard to insert the tube, try increasing the angle slightly. The holder's thickness affects its elasticity; thicker walls require more force to insert. You can decrease the wall thickness to reduce elasticity. The height parameter controls the insertion force; a shorter height makes it easier to insert a tube. Not all materials have the same elastic properties, so you may need to adjust the settings for your specific material. Default values should work well in most cases, but test them out if necessary. Other materials like PET, PETG, and Nylon can be used instead of ABS. Semiflex is also an option if you increase the thickness and height. Nylon is the ideal material, but it's often too expensive. UPDATE (22-JAN-2019): A fix was implemented for development versions of OpenSCAD. A workaround for the function rotate_extrude() was also created.
