Custom Taz X Ends and X Carriage based off Lulzbot Mini

I modified the Lulzbot Mini X Ends and X Carriage to make them compatible with the Taz. New Z Motor Mounts and Z Tops are available from Lulzbot that need to be printed before using these X Ends, as they will prevent the X Stepper Motor from fitting properly due to extrusion interference. You can, however, use your current Lulzbot Taz X Carriage with these X Ends. In addition, I designed a upper double bearing holder for the Taz X Carriage, incorporating the cable chain mount and same wiring scheme as the Mini's. I have not had an opportunity to test it yet but it should enable the use of a taz x carriage along with a cable chain.
