Custom Tattoo Ink Cup Holder

I observed my tattoo artist spending a significant amount of time setting up his work station, which prompted me to take note of his techniques and come up with ideas to improve efficiency. One design that stood out as the most requested is a station that can hold 19 ink cups of three different sizes, six needle cartridges, and a rinse cup. Its unique wedge shape allows it to be easily pushed into a corner. SIZES: The ink cup slots accommodate three 21.1 x 15mm cups, four 17.1 x 10mm cups, and twelve 14.1 x 10mm cups. The cartridge cups fit snugly on a 16mm cartridge. The rinse cup ring fits a 46mm cup. On the angled surface in the middle, I had the shop's logo embossed. On the flat surface, I added the artist's name. Using Tinkercad for design and modeling and Cura to convert the JPG company logo to STL, I created this design. This station is not food safe. Autoclave temperatures of 121C and 132C should be effective in cleaning it, but I have not tested this. It is designed to be covered with sanitary plastic before each use, and the plastic is discarded along with the cups and cartridges after work is complete. I created this prototype in PLA as a test to gauge interest. I plan to experiment with Polypropylene if the artists decide to use this station in their toolbox. It is quick and easy to customize for this purpose.
