If you need to install switches in a wooden plate, but the holes are too large, these custom mounting rings can help. Designed to fit into holes that are 71mm in diameter (meant for in-wall wireboxes), these rings provide a snug fit for switches that are meant to fit in 56mm holes. To use, simply print the rings and screw them into the wooden plate using 3mm wood screws with a flat head. The rings have pre-drilled holes for the switch screws, so you can easily attach your switches and enjoy a secure, professional-looking installation. Dimmers will turn smoothly because they are perfectly spaced. Note: These rings are designed for use with switches that have a standard 56mm mounting hole spacing. Please measure your switches carefully before printing to ensure compatibility. I made versions for 2, 3 and 4 holes.
