This custom suspension linkage features a modified shock mount setup that I engineered and built for my own 2017 and 2018 YT Tues DH bikes, which also fits my sister's S and L size models. The original Tues suspension performs exceptionally well for riders weighing over 65 kg, but since we are significantly lighter at 40+ kg, I reconfigured the system to accommodate our needs. Many viewers have requested detailed explanations of the design process, so we created a video that showcases the stress simulations, CAM processing, and CNC milling involved in its manufacture.
