Custom Stunt Lightsaber

This is my own Star Wars-inspired light saber design, created with Fusion 360. It centers around a versatile electronics-friendly core where all exterior components attach seamlessly. The transparent core meant to reside within the labeled "vents" pieces can be either acrylic or solid - your choice won't impact the final prop. If you're planning to use this design for combat, I advise against printing the cores and instead suggest using tubing with an outer diameter of 32mm and an inner diameter of 30.6mm. This is exactly what my saber was designed around. The emitter measures 25.4mm where the blade attaches, matching the standard Ultrasabers blade diameter available for purchase. If you want the vents to be transparent as originally intended, consider combining acrylic or plexiglass tubing with whatever material you're using for the rest of the core - and have fun building your saber!
