Custom Sails for Lego Sailboard

Working on a Lego MOC that requires a sailboard or ten and thought maybe I could create more local sailboard sails. Middle picture has the original sail on the left. I made a copy of it as kind of a "control" to see if it behaves well. Of course, printing on transparency film loses the "white", so how well these work depends a lot on the background and lighting, but I'm pretty pleased with how well they turned out. Space Needle, Seattle Waterfront, California Sea Lions on a buoy, Washington State Ferry, Lego block like pattern, Orca, and the Seattle Troll. Sea lions and Lego pattern probably work best without a white background. Credit: The Orca and a few of the other photos are "mine", but a few are anonymous from the web. WARNING: If you intend to cut on a laser cutter, choose a material that you can both print on and is safe for laser cutting. Many transparency films are plastics that emit scary chemicals if you try to laser cut them, harming both you and the laser!
