This is an amiibo for Robo-Mario, the formidable boss from the lesser-known version of Mario Kart called Mariokart Arcade, which can be found mostly in arcades across Europe and Asia. I've had the rare privilege of spotting one in America, but unfortunately, my opportunity to play it slipped away.
