When creating 3D printed items, we often wonder if buying the same thing is an option. Dominoes, however, can be easily replaced with cheap plastic sets, so we need to take it up a notch. These pieces are crafted from multiple parts, designed to optimize print quality - the bottom layers are mostly hidden when assembled. The front and back plates are printed upside-down and snap into place within the body. To give them more weight, I filled the void with air-drying clay, and I recommend doing the same. Gluing heavy nuts inside would be an even better option. The dots and lines are printed and snapped in from the interior. The designs on the back plates allow for easy switching between filaments for different layers, and a blank plate is included for your own custom designs.
