Custom Perlick Beer Tap Handles Free 3D print model

As a proud maker of custom Perlick tap handle prototypes during commission work for some select customers, I've decided to share my top three favorite versions here today! Two 150mm tap handles can print entirely support-free on a Replicator 2 3D printer, but the 205mm tall one will require support and special alignment. You can expect the two shorter tap handles to stand proudly in their photo-perfect form. All of these custom designs have been adapted to accommodate either Ez-Lok threaded inserts, with part numbers 240-6-BR or 240-6-CR. These clever inserts are designed for a 3/8-16 thread, matching the Perlick taps they'll soon adorn. My handcrafted work is original and unique - feel free to credit me if you use any of it! To add an extra touch, I recommend pairing these designs with 75x75mm acrylic sheets, perfect for jotting down beers on with chalk pens at your local brew club (where we've successfully used them ourselves!). Each insert has been crafted to handle up to 4mm thick acrylic sheeting. A stylish black print will enhance their durability and aesthetic appeal. Below are photos of the two shorter tap handles sporting Ez-Lok inserts - this is exactly how I'll be setting mine up on my personal home bar. Lastly, I'm embracing my inner beer geek with a cheeky nod to the RDWHAHB motto.
