Custom Perlick Beer Tap Handles
thingiverse
To create the Perlick tap handles, print the 150mm ones standing upright if your printer allows. The taller handle requires support and specific alignment. After printing, sand with wet and dry paper, prime with a filling primer, then paint. For the acrylic sheet, use 75x75mm or smaller, up to 4mm thick. A contrasting color is recommended for the acrylic sheet. Insert the EZ-LOK threaded insert (part numbers 240-6-BR and 240-6-CR), then attach it to the tap. Secure the insert with non-solvent glue around the knurling, if desired. Don't forget to write on the acrylic sheet using a fine chalk pen! Remember to tag the original creator when remixing and use black for printing. The inserts are designed for 3/8-16 thread as seen on Perlick taps. Happy brewing!
