Custom OUYA case remix
thingiverse
A sleek reinterpretation of dirtsky's refined OUYA case, this design incorporates subtle grooves along the bottom to facilitate airflow. I also introduced an alternate version of the top panel sans "OUYA" text for a more understated appearance. Depending on your OUYA device revision, the cooling fan screw heads may protrude slightly and interfere with assembly, but a brief targeted sanding session can ease those areas into place. Don't scrutinize the waviness of the print – my printer needs new bearings and some calibration. And I was printing hastily to begin with. But a first attempt at mid-print filament swapping turned out remarkably well. Print Settings Printer: Monoprice Maker Select / Wanhao i3 Rafts: No Supports: Yes Resolution: 0.2 mm Infill: 20% Notes: Printed in eSUN black PLA and MakeShaper cool gray PLA/PHA (manual color swap at layer 20 inserted into gcode using Simplify3D). Add supports to the back panel cutout unless you're a master of bridging. All the chamfers and vents should print without issue otherwise.
