Printed in ABS as halves and glued together with acetone. Designed to sit on top of a formed 0.09" aluminum 6061 sheet. I am 150 lb so I recommend 1/8" or thicker if you weigh more. Hardware should be the same as the Kush Hi but you will need 2x #10-32 nuts with 3/8" drive size. I use these instead of inserts.
