Custom Omega Seamaster Box

This is a compact Omega Watch Box being crafted. The original box was too large. Materials used include aluminum, American cherrywood and maple. It's recommended to utilize only one type of wood - I would choose walnut or cherrywood if given the opportunity to go back in time^ - as it looks better. (The maple grain appears unusual; I think it may have been exposed to moisture!) Milling bits employed: 1) a 6mm bit with two flutes for wood, 2) a 3mm bit with two flutes for aluminum, and 3) a 6mm V-bit with a 90-degree angle for the chamfer. Feed rates used were: 3600mm/min with 25,000RPM spindlespeed for wood, 1000mm/min with 25,000RPM spindlespeed for aluminum, and 500mm/min with 25,000RPM spindlespeed for the chamfer.
