Do you want to personalize your Bender's facial expression? Absolutely you do. Or perhaps you'd like to experiment with stop-motion animation of his face. Print out a few eye pieces painted with different expressions and pair them with custom inlays for the mouth area printed in white, then add lines with a black felt-tip pen to bring your Bender to life! Thanks to Simonarri for creating the Articulated Bender. This mouth overlay is enlarged exactly 5000% of the original head size. I printed it using a .10mm layer height on my Replicator 2. The best results came from printing very slowly with Support and Raft enabled, but thankfully removing them was easy.
