You can improve your heater's efficiency by placing a silicone cover on the heating block. To do this, you'll need a stick with a diameter less than 3mm and at least 30mm long - an M3 bolt works well, but 50mm is even better. The good news is that this process can be repeated multiple times. In my case, it took about three days for the silicone to harden completely. To remove the mold from the heater block once it's hardened, use a small amount of vaseline as an adhesive remover and it should come off easily. When creating your mold, start by placing some removable agents and silicone inside the body. Next, insert the core, which is typically made of a heat-resistant material, into the body about halfway through. Insert the M3 bolt from underneath the body to the core and press the core down until it reaches the bottom of the body. Apply additional silicone on top if necessary, then place the cover over the mold and let it sit for a few days. After that, push the M3 bolt through to release the mold, cut off the front section as shown in the picture, and gently pull out the mold. Your new heater block cover is now complete!
