After scouring hundreds of online light sabers without finding one that sparked excitement to build, I decided to design my own, Project SLS. With over 140 intricately detailed parts, this custom light saber can be easily disassembled for display purposes. Key features of the project include: Removable power cell Light-up crystal Decorative ratcheting blade length adjuster (no actual blade is included) Sliding power adjuster Belt clip and D-ring Upon completing Project SLS, I thought it would be a great idea to create comprehensive instructions for others to follow. As such, the download includes detailed assembly diagrams, a complete bill of materials, project notes, material source list, and additional printing and assembly tips.
