Custom Lens Holder for Headplay HD

I created a custom Lens Holder for my Headplay HD because the optical quality wasn't quite right for me. My left eye is perfectly fine and has no Diopter issues, but my right eye has a diopter reading of +1.0. To correct this, I selected 60mm blank plastic glasses with a prescription lens of +7.5 Diopters for my left eye and +8.5 Diopters for my right eye. The design was crafted on my CNC milling machine. The example drawing is available for the left glass holder. Here's how you can calculate your own prescription lenses: If you're farsighted, with a diopter reading of +2.5: 7.5 + 2.5 = 10.0 If you're nearsighted, with a diopter reading of -4.0: 7.5 - 4.0 = 3.5 The lens holder thickness shown in the drawing was set to 4.1mm for my specific construction needs, but feel free to adjust it according to your own vision requirements - it could be 5mm or 8mm depending on your personal prescription. I used M3x10mm screws for the assembly.
