Custom Large Metal Kossel Delta

This is a repository of the parts I made/remixed to create my large metal delta printer, the detailed build log can be found here http://forums.reprap.org/read.php?178,702599. A BOM is available at https://1drv.ms/w/s!Apv79JfGbPIwguca-_j-QFx7E8401A. This is not a complete design for a printer, as it's basically a Kossel. Most of the parts are self-explanatory. The panel due bracket requires bonding together after assembly with superglue or acetone. In this and some other panels you may need to drill holes to mount them with T-nuts, and for cables depending on how you plan to wire yours up. Drill holes near to the push-fit connectors to prevent the panels from bending when the bolts are tightened. I've just uploaded the twin fan shroud, it's adjustable so you can change the side fan's height, for V6 to volcano heater block changes. There is a second version uploaded (v2-e3dv6...) which has a slightly better mounting for a DC42 IR sensor, and some spacing to allow the legs of the connector on the back of the PCB some space. I added a panel to connect at the top front horizontal with the name of the printer which also acts as a shade if you place an LED strip facing downwards in this location. The LED shines through the text. I added an alternative E3D V6 (and volcano its adjustable) shroud which can have a DC42 IR sensor attached to it, close to the nozzle to minimize the effect of tilt in the effector when using this sensor. I added a revised version of the bed mounts which now have slimline clamps. My bed was large and heavy though it was moving about very slightly and throwing the bed level calculations off. If you haven't made one yet, make the version with the clamps and then heat press some M4 nuts into it. If you've already made it, just make the clamps, drill through them with a 4mm drill bit and then use M4 bolts and nuts to heat press the nuts using the holes as a guide. I added an adaptor which can re-orientate the magnets in a K800 style effector to 45 deg to improve holding force. Bond into the effector with superglue/epoxy, ensure spacing between magnets is the same as on the carriages. If you want to edit most of the files you can do so at https://www.tinkercad.com/things/k4RnvdLJWV6-large-kossel-side-panels/editv2 and https://www.tinkercad.com/things/1ZukNkEi8bR-bed-mounts/editv2. I have enclosed and water-cooled this machine, details are at http://forums.reprap.org/read.php?178,702599,page=8. I will add some STLs specific to the enclosure or water cooling to a separate listing on Thingiverse as this one is getting a bit busy, https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2693957
