This is a model for King Boo, as he appears in the Luigi's Mansion games. I did not make the model for the Boo, but I did make the amiibo base pieces. This model prints in 6 pieces - The front of the boo, the back of the boo, the front of the crown, the back of the crown, the amiibo base, and the amiibo disk piece. When I did mine, I would it helpful to break off the tongue, paint it, and then glue it back in place.
