Check out these custom removable fenders designed specifically for XRC aftermarket Jeep fenders that won't pass street legal inspections because they don't fully extend past the tires. You can easily attach them when cruising through the city, but when you hit the trails it's simple to pop them off and avoid mud buildup in your wheel wells. DXF files are included for laser cutting these fenders out of ABS plastic. Once mounted, you can use the holes in the clips as pilot holes to drill through and secure them with a nut or bolt. These fenders have been put to the test on the Jeep featured in the photos for over two years now. As long as you're using good print settings and have a reliable 3D printer, they should work flawlessly!
