The Dell Optiplex 790 SFF's IO Shield is built directly into the case. To reuse its motherboard with a different case, I created an IO shield matching the original pattern. After testing on a case, I updated the template and adjusted the positioning to accommodate larger holes, ensuring plugs fit more easily.\r\n\r\nNOTICE: The 8x8mm square between the PS-2 sockets and VGA I/O is reserved for the original power button in these Optiplex models. If you connect your case's power button directly to the motherboard, you won't need it.
