This is a customized version of Big Face Shield and Stacks-Brake Rotor Style-V2.1 https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4546183 that allows personalization without compromising shield integrity. After testing both inward and outward lettering, our team found inward lettering to have potential frame weaknesses--especially if not printed with recommended settings. Outward lettering produced stronger shields, but when placed on the outside front of the frame, it created gaps and asymmetry at the frame-to-shield interface. The best configuration if lettering is necessary is for outward lettering to be placed only on the outside headband and inside shieldband as in this model. This is a custom request by Matt Behning. Attached are stacks of the ICUshieldsMN requested by Matt, and a single stack of a blank version that can be customized and stacked by others following the model.
