This is an amiibo for the Huckit Crab, first appearing in New Super Mario Bros. Wii I believe, later being seen again in New Super Mario Bros. U. These crabs like to throw rocks at the player across the screen in lines, similar to the Rocky Wrench's throwing mechanism.
