Custom hotend carriage for Sapphire Pro

A new carriage is being designed to carry a hotend that can handle two materials simultaneously. The XCR3D 2IN1 model from Aliexpress has been identified as a potential solution. The original carriage was printed twice, but it broke both times during installation. This led to the decision to rebuild the carriage from scratch, creating a stronger and more reliable design. It can now be printed without supports, making it easier to assemble. Do not attempt to repair the original fun duct; instead, print a new one that has been rotated and mirrored to match the new carriage's requirements. Enabling brim and "Print Thin Walls" in Cura will help achieve a smooth finish. Since both extruders are located on one side of the printer, a metal bracket was designed for an additional bowden tube to accommodate the setup. On September 1, 2020, the fan ducts were remodeled with thicker walls and stronger mounts to enhance their overall performance.
