Custom Fuse Tester
thingiverse
Built to meet our temperature control box's needs at work. A straightforward circuit was designed to test whether the fuse has blown or not, and a wired parallel button was added to verify if the battery still holds power. The spacing of components was carefully planned to accommodate both sizes of fuses we use (the larger ones are shown in this picture, while the smaller ones have a solid body). Although the build and print may not be impressive, this project is highly useful for troubleshooting power-related issues. Prongs from a low-cost volt meter that had broken were repurposed, and a button was salvaged from an old device. Some modifications will likely be necessary to make it suitable for your specific use case.
