Custom Fan Duct for Printrbot Play Replacement Cover

I wasn't a fan of how the suggested fan duct lined up (or rather didn't) with the print head, so I came up with several custom designs until I landed on one that got the airflow just right where I needed it. Custom Fan Shroud 6 uses an angled exit opening so the shape can be a bit straighter. This is the design I use and the one in the picture. Custom Fan Shroud 5 has the exit opening more parallel to the fan but needs to shift to the side more. Print Settings Printer Brand: Printrbot Printer: Simple White Rafts: No Supports: No Infill: 50 Notes: I printed in ABS since the end gets pretty close to both the heated build plate and the extruder nozzle. So far so good. I had no trouble printing this on my Printrbot Play without supports, but you may find you need them if it sags too much.
