Print Settings Printer Brand: Ultimaker Printer: Ultimaker 2 Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.1mm Infill: 33% Instructions!!! CAUTION!!! ALL 3D objects created with SketchUpMake. All Materials usable... These parts printed with: InnoFill and Ultimaker PLA / Layer: 0.1mm / Infill: >35% / Temp: 215° / Speed: 35>>>70mm/s. There are few disadvantages. "PLA" is sufficient, but for tropical regions use "ABS". CHALLENGE: Achieve two good-looking exterior surfaces on a single object. NOTES: Position objects diagonally on the construction area. Avoid skirts or brims as they require extra space. An improperly mounted UM2 printhead fan frame may collide with the build platform clips. Check position carefully before printing large objects. PLEASE print all items with identical settings. AVOID printing PLA with less than 33% infill at temperatures below 205°, as objects can become unstable due to poor layer adhesion. PLEASE use a special printing surface for smooth base areas and lower platform temperatures. GLASS PRINTING SURFACE: High risk of material warping and detachment from the glass surface. Excessive build platform temperatures can cause object deformations. If something doesn't fit properly, don't force assembly. Minor corrections with a nail file or specific tools might help. A reprint at 5-10° lower or higher temperature may resolve issues.
