Step 1: Use the Bellus 3D head scanning app at https://www.bellus3d.com, scan your head multiple times until you get a high-quality scan. Step 2: Unlock the STL or OBJ file and import it into Fusion 360. Step 3: Measure your face from the centerline of your eyes to the bottom of your chin. Step 4: In Fusion, create a sketch on the head model's profile plane and draw a line from the centerline of your eyes to the bottom of your chin. The length will be displayed, or you can apply the dimension tool to the line to know the STL size. Step 5: Calculate a scale factor to decrease the model size to actual size. Step 6: Reposition your head scan centered around the origin and save the file. Step 7: Save a new file in Fusion 360 and import the head model by dragging it from the data panel. Step 8: Using the form modeling environment, create your mask. Designing custom masks is easy. You can use special air filtration fabrics and up to three layers. These masks are designed for a perfect fit for each individual. They work with no seal needed, but I add a Duck Heavy-Duty Weatherstrip Seal Medium Gaps around the lip for an airtight seal. Rubber bands work better than elastic; I use 177mm (7-1/8") rubber bands, which are cheaper and easier to find. I haven't had these masks FIT tested and can't attest to any performance rating.
